The REFOCUS Sustainability Program Model
The Guidebook is made up of two modules.
Program Setup
This module steps participants through the process of building the capacities needed for a sustainability program to strengthen the bottom line. This includes Leadership, Change Management and Measurement capacity.
Program Management Cycle
This module defines a perennially repeated cycle of steps that participants execute as part of ensuring limited resources are invested into the projects that return the greatest benefit to the organization. These include: Understanding Your Impact, Selecting the Best Projects, and Reporting on the Results.
